PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF COOKIES

This Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on users’ (hereinafter referred to as “User”) devices of websites (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by means of cookies, for the purpose of realizing the possibility of browsing the Website, whose operator is 108 Media sp. z o.o. with its registered seat: Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, under the KRS number 0001031565, holding NIP 527 305 2406 and REGON 525070563 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
- Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data – in particular text files – are placed by our Website during each visit to the User’s final device, which allows our websites to remember the User’s computer or device and serves several purposes.
- The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Company.
- The Website server automatically logs information sent by the User’s browser when the Website is viewed. Server logs may include information such as network request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time the request was sent. This information allows us to improve the quality of the Company’s service by identifying and storing User preferences and tracking trends, such as the ways in which the Company’s websites are searched.

- Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by third parties to offer additional functionality to users. The use of the above tools or widgets may result in the collection of cookies on users’ devices in order to facilitate the use of these services and ensure that user interaction is displayed correctly on our sites.
- The cookies themselves do not contain information about the User’s email address or personal information. Analytical reports used by the Company may contain other identifiers, including but not limited to IP addresses, which are used to determine the number of unique users of the Service and trends, e.g. by place of origin, and not to determine the identity of the User.
- An exception to the rules outlined in the aforementioned section is the use of forms, e.g. contact form, i.e. filling it out and sending it. In such cases, any personal data contained in the forms are entered by the data subjects themselves. In the aforementioned situation, when a Service User provides us with information regarding his/her personal data, e.g. address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, demographic data and other identifying information, such information will not be disclosed (for common use, for sale or within the scope of our contacts) to any external organization, unless we are authorized by him/her in advance or the obligation to disclose such data rests with us under applicable law.
- You have the right at any time to inspect your personal data processed by the Company, to correct them, and to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data.
- The administrator of the personal data provided by the User within the Service is the Company.
- The Website uses Google Analytics tools. More information about the tools themselves is available at: http://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html. In order to give website users more control over the data collected by Google Analytics tools, Google has developed a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics. It should be noted, however, that the said plug-in does not block the transmission of data to the website itself or other web analytics services.
- In the event of a change to the current cookie policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the above provisions.
